On February 12, 2025, Rep. Miller-Meeks announced that she was about to commence a hearing for the VA Health Subcommittee on VA Community Care. She stated, "About to gavel in VA Health Subcommittee Hearing on VA Community Care".

The following day, February 13, 2025, she emphasized the importance of an efficient Veterans Affairs system by stating, "We need a VA that works for our nation's heroes, and I’m confident we’ll achieve that with @SecVetAffairs." Later on February 13, Rep. Miller-Meeks reported her support for legislation aimed at enhancing officer safety. She noted her vote alongside President Biden for the Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act, which seeks accountability from illegal aliens who pose threats to law enforcement officers. She expressed this through her post: "I just stood with @POTUS and voted for the Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act to hold accountable illegal aliens who endanger border patrol and law enforcement."
