Pella Regional Health Center issued the following announcement on October 19.
Misty Coggins, Environmental Services, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s September Shining Star for her high performance standards.
Coggins, resident of Knoxville, was nominated based on appearance, commitment, communication, privacy responsibilities, safety and sense of ownership.
Excerpt from her nomination:
“Misty always goes out of her way to help anyone in need and is willing to cover shifts. She is always caring and concerned for her fellow co-workers and even goes above and beyond by bringing them flowers, balloons, or something special to let them know she is thinking of them and they are appreciated. Misty’s caring heart shows that she is living Pella Regional’s mission statement and is a true shining star!”
Coggins will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for Shining Star of the Year award.
