Pella Regional Health Center issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
Kristin Kirk, Pella Medical Clinic, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s October Shining Star for her high performance standards.
Kirk, resident of Pella, was nominated based on attitude, commitment, communication, and ownership.
Excerpt from her nomination:
“During this COVID season, Kristen has been flexible and willing to work whenever and wherever she is needed. She has done this with efficiency, grace, and without complaint. She cares for her patients and has shown by example what it means to provide healthcare and healing services with Christian compassion. Kristen is a Shining Star!”
Kirk will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for Shining Star of the Year award.
