Mollie collaborates with businesses to develop and communicate policies and train employees. She is active in several local organizations including Cyclone SHRM as the Diversity Chair, and volunteers on HR advisory committees for The Bridge Home and the Boys and Girls Club. Mollie is also an adjunct professor at Des Moines Area Community College teaching a course in Human Resources.
