On Friday, May 16, former Indianola High School standout Amanda Bauer’s current collegiate team the Simpson Storm lost 1-3 against the Saint Mary's Cardinals in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Saint Mary's Softball Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Saint Mary's Cardinals in the tournament.

The Simpson Storm’s next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 4:05 p.m. at Saint Mary's Softball Field.
