Wednesday, April 2: Winterset Senior High School standout Tara Vandewater’s college team wins to Arizona State Sun Devils

On Wednesday, April 2, former Winterset Senior High School standout Tara Vandewater’s current college team, the Oklahoma State Cowgirls, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Arizona State Sun Devils.

The game took place at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Sun Devils this season.

The Cowgirls’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 7 p.m. at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium against Arizona Wildcats.
