On Saturday, March 22, former Winterset Senior High School standout Tara Vandewater’s college team won in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, March 22, former Winterset Senior High School standout Tara Vandewater’s current college team, the Oklahoma State Cowgirls, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Baylor Lady Bears.

The game took place at Cowgirl Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Lady Bears this season.

The Cowgirls’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at Cowgirl Stadium against Baylor Lady Bears.
