On April 5, 2025, Representative Miller-Meeks took to social media to acknowledge and commemorate the sacrifices made by Gold Star spouses, stating, "Today, we honor the sacrifices of Gold Star spouses. Your strength and dedication to our nation are a reminder of the price of freedom. We stand with you, today and always."

The following day, on April 6, 2025, she addressed concerns regarding foreign ownership of American agricultural land, declaring, "Iowa’s farmland should never fall into the hands of the CCP. We can’t let China disrupt our food supply. I will continue fighting to protect American farmland from foreign adversaries and keep control of our food supply in American hands "

On April 7, 2025, Representative Miller-Meeks celebrated the commissioning of a new naval vessel, the U.S.S. Iowa, remarking, "It was an honor to stand with @IAGovernor as the U.S.S. Iowa was commissioned—a historic moment for Iowa and our nation. Thank you to the brave crew aboard. A new legend of the U.S.S. Iowa begins: Fear the Ghost! "
