On February 1, 2025, Rep. Miller-Meeks expressed concerns about border security in a tweet stating that "Allowing over 10 million illegal aliens to cross our border was a deliberate choice."
In another tweet dated February 3, 2025, she highlighted her ongoing efforts for pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) reform. She tweeted: "I’ve been fighting for PBM reform since 2019, and I won’t stop until patients come before profits. My bipartisan DRUG Act delivers crucial PBM reforms, lowers drug costs, and protects Main Street pharmacies. It is time to act now!"
Later the same day, Rep. Miller-Meeks shared her experience visiting the Iowa City VA Medical Center. In her tweet, she mentioned: "Had a great visit to the Iowa City VA Medical Center! Toured the hospital, spoke with staff, and met with leadership to discuss research, mental health efforts, tele-ICU, and hiring challenges. Also learned about their adaptive sports programs."
