On Saturday, December 2, former Van Meter Jr-Sr High School standouts Grant Johnson and Taylor Birks’ current college team, the Central Dutch, won 81-49 in their NCAA D3 game against the Wartburg Knights.

The game took place in Waverly, Iowa. This was the first matchup against the Wartburg Knights this season.

The Central Dutch’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, December 9 at 4 p.m. in Pella, Iowa.
