HTPC New Hours & Care Teams

We have some upcoming changes in store for you to better serve your health and wellbeing. Our team has worked hard to implement these changes to improve your health care experience with us.

New Clinic Hours

Health Trust Physicians Clinic will assume new hours on Monday, December 12th.

There will not be separate hours for a Walk-In Clinic

Monday – Thursday7:30 am – 6:00 pmFriday7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday 8:30 am – Noon

Walk-In Clinic Transition

To better serve the needs of our community, our Walk-In Clinic will transition to scheduling appointments as same day care. With this change, same-day appointment availability will increase, allowing us to meet the needs of our patients sooner. There will not be separate hours for same day appointments; they will fall within the new clinic hours listed above.

HTPC Care Teams

Receive the best care from the teams you trust.

Our care teams, comprised of a combination of 1-2 physicians and 1-2 advanced practice practitioners, are designed to offer you the best patient experience. If you have visited our clinic recently, you may recognize many of these faces. They are responsible for understanding your needs and supporting your health journey.

Physician

Physicians are key members of the healthcare team. They have years of education and training. They may be primary care doctors who focus on preventive health care, or specialists who diagnose and treat conditions that require a specific area of knowledge.Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP)An Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) is licensed to practice medicine under the supervision of a doctor. Our APPs are licensed as either a Physician’s Assistant (PA) or a Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP). They work alongside physicians to perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medication and assist in procedures.

Role of a Care Team

Your primary care team works collectively to support your health needs. At times, you may see an advanced practice provider to receive checkups, treatment, or testing. An appointment with an advanced practice practitioner can sometimes be arranged more quickly than a doctor’s visit, which means you can have quicker access to quality care. For more complex health concerns, they may ask a doctor on your care team to make a further assessment.
