With this milestone, we only thought it would be fitting to hold a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off the redevelopment phase of this campus.
Phase 1 will consist of 34 residential lots and include all infrastructure servicing for the lots including roads, sanitary and storm sewer, water, gas, electric, etc.
The infrastructure for Veterans Park will also be included.
The groundbreaking is scheduled for Monday, November 21 at 10am. There will be a small ceremony followed by photo opportunities.
