Join us for a Fall Prevention Clinic here at Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, Iowa.
Each year, millions of those 65 years and older fall. Many falls can cause serious injury. Join presenters from St. Croix Hospice and learn how adjusting your environment and incorporating exercises to maintain strength and balance can help prevent falls. Light refreshments and snacks will be served during a post event Q&A.
