Erika will provide information on how genuine hospitality originates from our ability to interact and engage with customers. She will explain to attendees:

  • How to use hospitality to set your business apart
  • The importance of going the extra mile for your customers
  • Best practices for customer retention
We highly recommend this training for:

  • Front-line employees who frequently interact with customers
  • Business and community leaders
  • Organization volunteers
  • Managers of retail shops, restaurants, hotels, attractions, gas stations, and convenience stores
Snacks will be provided for all attendees. Cost to attend is free to Knoxville Chamber of Commerce members and employees, and is $10/person for non-members. Registration fees can be paid online or at the time of the event.

To accommodate the size of the meeting room, registration is limited to 50 people per session. You are more than welcome to invite your whole staff, but we kindly ask that you pre-register ahead of time.
