Julia French, Health Information Management, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s May Shining Star for her high performance standards.
French, resident of Bussey, was nominated based on attitude, communication, and sense of ownership.
Excerpt from her nomination:
“Julia started with Health Information Management in May of 2021. She has jumped in and learned multiple duties during this time. She gives 110% every day without complaint. She is an exceptional teammate and has been recognized every month in rounding for her positive attitude and willingness to tackle any issue that may arise. Her peers consistently have positive compliments about her and very much enjoy her friendliness and humor.”
French will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for Shining Star of the Year award.
