Pella Regional Health Center has named Deb Davis, MSN, RN, CNOR, to the role of Associate Chief Nursing Officer. As she joins the administrative team, she becomes responsible for the daily oversight of the Medical/Surgical Department, Obstetrics Department, Emergency Department, Perioperative Services and Infusion Center.
Davis has been the Director of Perioperative Services at Pella Regional for the past seven years and demonstrated strong leadership skills including high staff engagement, top patient satisfaction scores and attention to quality. She will report to Jody Van Veen, Chief Nursing Officer and the two will work closely to deliver high quality care while maintaining optimum staffing for the departments.
“Over the past seven years as Director of Perioperative Services, I have witnessed the dedication of all employees in providing quality, safe, and compassionate care. I feel blessed and honored to continue to be a part of the mission and values of Pella Regional in my new role,” said Davis.
