Pella Regional Health Center issued the following announcement on October 04.
A memorial event for the Empty Cradle program at Pella Regional Health Center is on Sunday, October 17 at 3:00 pm at the Pella Historical Village. The event will be outdoors due to COVID-19. Empty Cradle supports and connects families who have lost a baby due to miscarriage, stillbirth or infant death. Family and friends are invited to join the group for a time of remembering these precious babies.
Moms with Hope is Pella Regional’s support for moms who have lost a child due to miscarriage, stillbirth or infant death. The goal of this group is to connect women with other women who have experienced a similar loss. It provides moms with a place to share ideas on coping, exchange resources and find meaningful ways to honor and remember their baby. All moms are welcome, no matter where you are in the grief process and no matter how long it has been since your loss.
