Set your website on fire! Speaker: Lorie Williamson - Lorie Williamson loves a challenge. It’s one of the reasons she’s taken advantage of working in several different industries. Her writing and communication skills have been put to use working with the Tulsa Regional Chamber, the commercial insurance industry, and later in the world of education and nonprofits. Founding her own business, Blue Pencil, in 2019, has allowed her to pull together the best from each of her experiences and pour them into a company geared toward helping small business owners, entrepreneurs and nonprofits share their stories and connect with their audiences using clear and engaging content. Rob Batzler from RB Web Development will also reveal how SEO can get your website found in the sea of search engine results.

Level up with GDMP Resources. Speaker: Christina Moffatt - Christina Moffatt serves as director of small business resources at the Greater Des Moines Partnership. She most recently served as Regional Director for the Iowa Small Business Development Center (SBDC), overseeing Dallas, Polk, Jasper, Warren and Marion Counties. She is also the owner of the award-winning Crème Cupcake + Dessert, which she founded in 2010.

Luke Parris, Norwalk Community Development Director - Luke will update us on the residential housing growth in Norwalk and what to look for in the near future.

Location: Legacy Club House, 600 Legacy Pkwy, Norwalk, IA 50211
