Supplier diversity fosters a better understanding of a diverse customer base through the use of vendors from different backgrounds. This also ensures an open and inclusive competition.
Over the last decade the number of minority-owned firms in the US has increased 38 percent. As the number of minority entrepreneurs continues to rise, there is a widely recognized need for B2B opportunities and supplier diversity programs that quickly scale and grow a small business.
This series will give small business owners information on how to sell to larger companies, become certified, sell to the government and be inclusive in your own business.
