Property Owners & Tenants Meetings
Description:
The State of Iowa requires cities with a population of 15,000 or more to adopt by ordinance a residential rental code. The Community Development department is hosting two community meetings to meet with property owners/managers and tenants to collect input and answer questions about the rental housing inspection program. An online survey is available to those that are unable to attend.
Property Owners/Managers: Aug. 12 at 6 p.m. in the Buxton Room of the Activity Center, 2204 West 2nd Avenue
