The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors will celebrate a change in ownership at Sundance Realty with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
The ribbon cutting will celebrate new owners Ryan & Sara Roberts, who recently purchased Sundance Realty from former owner Kathy Caviness. Caviness started Sundance Realty in 2004.
The ribbon cutting will take place at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4, with an open house to follow. Sundance Realty is located at 112 E Robinson St. in Knoxville.
