Pella Regional Health Center issued the following announcement on Dec. 22.
Chad Reschly, Medical/Surgical, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s November Shining Star for his high performance standards.
Reschly, resident of Washington, was nominated based on commitment and sense of ownership.
Excerpt from his nomination:
“In the last few months, Chad has been flexible and has worked multiple shifts outside his schedule. He has been flexible enough to work overnights, weekends, weekdays, and wherever and whenever gaps need to be filled. He is truly a team player and that is why he should be November’s Shining Star!
Reschly will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for Shining Star of the Year award.
