Pella Regional Health Center issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.
Betsy Bellamy, Pella Regional Clinic Knoxville, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s September Shining Star for her high performance standards.
Bellamy, resident of Knoxville, was nominated based on attitude, commitment, communication, and ownership.
Excerpt from her nomination:
“Our department has gone through changes and restructuring along with the challenges of COVID-19. Betsy handled these changes with grace and understanding while considering the bigger picture. Her positive attitude affects the morale of her coworkers on a daily basis. Patients are always her priority and is a great example of working with the mission of Pella Regional in mind. This is why Betsy should be the Shining Star!”
Bellamy will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for Shining Star of the Year award.
