GIFT Session - Tackling Tough Conversations
Facilitating challenging discussions is always part of what we do, and this semester is likely to be full of particularly tough conversations. How do you create a space where students feel able to both speak honestly and listen thoughtfully? This session will look at how the Simpson Dialogue model can be used to create a framework to facilitate these tough conversations. Presented by Heidi Levine
