The Greater Des Moines Partnership recently announced that the 2020 Inclusion Award is accepting nominations for organizations that are showing diversity and equality in the community.
The award program is in its 8th year. The award program honors and celebrates the success of organizations that have shown the most diversity and equity in their daily operations.
Sanjita Pradhan, program director of Talent Development at the Greater Des Moines Partnership, applauded the organizations that show diversity and equality.
“We want to honor and recognize organizations in our region that are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplaces and our community,” Pradhan told the DSM USA website. “We are excited to honor the organizations that understand a stronger culture of DEI leads to stronger economic growth.”
This year, the award application recognizes organizations that have helped with the COVID-19 crisis and have acknowledged the Black Lives Matter movement in positive ways.
