City of Pella issued the following announcement on June 17. 

The outdoor pool at the Pella Aquatic Center is scheduled to open to the public on Tuesday, June 23!

Operating Hours

Monday through Friday:

• 6:00 to 8:00 a.m.                Lap swim (5 lanes) reservations required
• 8:00 to 8:45 a.m.                Lap swim (5 lanes on M-T-W, 3 lanes on Tu-Th) reservations required
• 8:00 to 8:45 a.m.                Aerobics (2 lanes on Tu-Th) reservations required
• 9:15 to 10:45 a.m.              Rec swim team practice (5 lanes)
• 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.    Lap swim (5 lanes) reservations required
• 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.                Open swim reservations required (walk-ins may be accepted if capacity is not met)
• 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.                Open swim first come/first served
• 7:45 to 8:45 p.m.                USA swim team practice

Saturdays:

• 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.                Open swim reservations required (walk-ins may be accepted if capacity is not met)
• 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.                Open swim first come/first served

Closed on Sundays
