Pella Regional Health Center issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Pella Regional Health Center has named Tory Schrock, MPA, to the role of Manager of Service Excellence. This position is responsible for the oversight and ongoing development of Pella Regional’s service excellence program.
Schrock was most recently employed at Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskaloosa, Iowa as a Process Improvement Facilitator. She developed a formal performance improvement program focused on supporting departmental and organizational goals and led several projects focusing on quality and performance improvement. Her previous experience includes working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Project Manager at Mahaska Health Partnership and a Management Assistant to the Town of Oro Valley, Arizona.
Schrock received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Administration at University of Arizona.
“I look forward to learning more about the service culture at Pella Regional and continuing to build the service excellence program for the benefit of our patients, families, physicians and staff,” said Schrock.
