PELLA, Iowa— Rachelle Vande Haar, Organizational Excellence, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s February Shining Star for her high performance standards.
Vande Haar, resident of Oskaloosa, was nominated based on attitude, commitment, communication and ownership.
Excerpt from her nomination:
“Rachelle has taken on additional responsibilities with critical deadlines and significant impact while covering for a vacancy in the department. Not only has she taken on these responsibilities, but she has been working to improve the entire process. Rachelle goes above and beyond daily to help her co-workers with whatever situation they may be experiencing with a problem-solving attitude. Rachelle is a true Shining Star!”
Vande Haar will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for Shining Star of the Year award.
