Pella Regional Health Center recently issued the following announcement.

Missy Belloma, Pella Regional Medical Clinic, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s October Shining Star for her high performance standards. 

Belloma, resident of Plano, was nominated based on attitude, commitment, communication, etiquette, and sense of ownership.

Excerpt from her nomination:

“Missy has been a tremendous help when it comes to information technology needs in the clinic and navigating software programs. She has met individually with staff to help improve the efficiency of their work. Missy has a positive attitude and is always willing to help when needed. Her outside experience has brought forth new ideas to improve workflows that improves employee satisfaction. It is hard to express in a few words the incredible value Missy has brought to Clinic Services. Missy has accelerated our ability to train, troubleshoot, and improve all items relating to our electronic medical record. 

She has adept communication skills and effortlessly networks across departments to achieve mutual goals. Missy is a Shining Star!”
